Yoga For Every Body



This is my personal yoga style which is a conglomeration and a result of all my trainings in Yoga. to have the benefits of Hatha, Iyengar, Yin yoga, Vinyasa, meditation, Pranayama ( breathing) and Pilate’s, a passive and energetic sequence, suitable for all students who want to improve their sense of strength, flexibility and calmness are achieved in one session.
