Yin Yoga

This Yoga has the same goals as any other school of yoga :  to  allow you to take control of your actions by increasing your awareness of yourself as a conscious being, the  physical flexibility gained through the practice of postures (asanas) is a wonderful benefit of yoga.

Yin Yoga is more passive and mostly sitting postures but it can be quite challenging due to the long duration of the poses.

Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues such as the ligaments, bones, even the joins of the body.

Yin yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular style of yoga ( Vinyasa, Hatha, Asthanga…)Suitable for almost all levels of students .

We all are getting older, but the more we add Yin Yoga to our yoga routine, the more we strengthen our connective tissues.
